WQ parameter conversion from CAEDYM

Hi Chris,

I am trying to convert CAEDYM file into new wq model.

I am not sure the following parameters.

Could you let me me which caedym parameters should be used for these?

0.0     mortality_coefficient
1.4     mortality_fraction_respiration
0.0     excretion_coefficient -> Krp?
0.933    excretion_fraction_respiration

This is not an answer but more question.

In the example file (ex. fdiat.dat), it contains the following lines.

5.0   salinity_respiration_beta
36.0  salinity_respiration_maximum
1.0   salinity_respiration_optimum

But it seems the new wq code has the following setting and I am not sure the difference. If only set by salinity_resiration value, which water type for salinity function applied?

salinity_freshwater  salinity_growth_function_type
5.0   salinity_growth_beta
36.0  salinity_growth_maximum
1.0   salinity_growth_optimum
