Fatal Error after 3 months into simulation

Question

After 3 months into the simulation, there was a fatal error (see below)

"Assertion failed: pxp->bf_offset <+ offset && offset < pxp ->bf_offset + (off_t) pxp_>bf_extent, file posixio.c, line 327."

Besides this fatal error, the model parameters (e.g., DO, P, N, CHLA, etc)  seem to be in acceptable ranges.
