check your run_aem3d.dat file to see whether your setup is correct. you can check and compare your file with the one provided in ROUNDLAKE as example. Or the better way would be to use that file as template and edit it based on your model configuration.

If you provide more information about the error you got and copy the aem3d_debug.txt file content here people can help you better in fixing your problem.
