Hi Chris,

I am wondering if it is possible in AEM3D to use a spatial wind which was previously interpolated in space and, of course, varying in time. I know was possible to implement it in the old ELCOM.
Currently I am using an aproximation by defining sections.

is it possible? how can it being implemented in AEM3D?

Thank you in advance

Hi Ricardo,

The old ELCOM unf varying wind files will still work in AEM3D.

Thank you Chris,

well, I read in the manual it is possible to create -horizontally varying surface boundary condition files (7.7.5) -, which I think it is the way to create the wind. unf files, but I could not get how I should proceed. I would like to create an spatial wind by using several stations which have wind velocity and directions

any help will be appreciated

thank you
