Horizontal turbulent difussion for sediments transport

Hi,

As far as I understand the turbulent difussion of scalars is modelled depending of the direction: in horizontal direction according to the horizontal eddy diffusivity, in vertical by using the TKE energy budget. In the case of sediments, (inorganic matter -SS-), can I set-up the horizontal value for the sediment fractions, but keeping another value for a tracer or another scalar?
