Silica problem

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your always prompt support.

I found something is wrong with my simulation for Silica.

I have set SiO2 is over 10 mg/L at the beginning for all domain but it went down below 3 for the epliminion within a week. The simulation started from Jan 1 and FDIAT could not grow well with very cold water temperature.

The data around inflow boundary seems strange. But the behavior of SiO2 is different from nutrients.I might have something wrong with my settings so if you could give me some hints, I will check.

Hi Hiroshi,

I haven't really done any Si modelling with the new code so there is a possibility there it one or more bugs.  Send me your config and I'll see if I can have a look.
