We are transitioning from ELCOM to AEM3D and get the following error immediately after running AEM3D.exe

Forrtl: severe(59): list directed I/O syntax error, unit -5, file internal list directed read

When we use the round lake test run, AEM3D works smoothly.

Thoughts?

Hi Sean, are you running from the command line or through HydroHub lite?  Under windows we've sometimes had issues with permissions of tmp file directories that HydroHub lite tries to sort out before running.

Can you set debug_print in run_aem3d.dat to 10 and send me the last few lines of output.

Thanks

Hi Chris,
We did as you asked but the aem3d_debug file remains blank and 0kb.  We are able to run a simulation on a similar but different lake without issue so I am left to believe it has to do with our Flathead Lake setup  files- will the pre-processing create bath files that will not work or will it kick out an error? We get through the pre-processing just fine. We will continue to work on it today and see and I will report back if we make any progress. Any advice is appreciated.
