ts files without wq model?

Hi Chris,

Is there any possibility to still write tsfiles for a hydrodynamics-only run? I mean without activating the water quality model (i.e. iwaterquality=0)?

A couple of ts files are generated for hydrodynamic runs is iter_out_txtfiles is > 0.
