Recommendations for Fortran?

Hi. Just downloaded AEM3D and am trying to run some of the test cases.  I'm working on a PC under Windows 11.  

I understand, from the forum discussion, there are some dlls that are required that are supplied by Fortran 90, which I don't currently have.  

Assuming I've got this right, I'm looking for recommendations for specific Fortran software providers - software that's known to work with AEM3D.   

(And if I'm going down the wrong path, then please let me know.)
