I initially used the windows dev, but have started to run models on a linux based system using the linux dev (both are versions 1.1.2). I ran the exact same model (same input data files, same bc conditions, etc.) but noticed there are slight differences in the output values when using windows versus linux. The differences are acceptable for my purposes, but I was wondering what the reason could be in the difference in the values.
