Help with "No surface area found" & netCDF NC_UNLIMITED Error in AEM3D Run

Hi,

I've been encountering the following two errors in my project setup. Could you please help me understand and resolve them?

Error 1: No surface area found – Simulation may have completely dried out

Console Output:

I’m using a proper bathymetry grid with valid water depths (> 5 m), and boundary cells are defined properly with water cells. However, the inflow is being ignored, and the model claims the lake is dry. But I was able to run the pre-processor, which generated unf and sparse files. This error is occurring when we are running the aem3d . How?

 Error 2: netCDF: NC_UNLIMITED size already in use

Console Output:

CheckNCStatus: An error occured whilst executing netCDF command NF90_DEF_DIM. NetCDF status value = -54 NetCDF: NC_UNLIMITED size already in use FATAL ERROR. Program halts.

I have already deleted the previous output_nc or output_unf directories. Still the error occurs.
