HydroHub Lite startup error on Windows

Dear HydroNumerics Team,

 I am writing to kindly ask for your assistance regarding an issue I have encountered when launching the software on Windows.

When starting HydroHub Lite (version 1.1.1, Build 1558), the application crashes shortly after launch. The following error is reported in the log:

The error occurs immediately after startup and does not appear to be related to any model configuration or input data.

As I am still learning to use HydroHub Lite, I was wondering if you could please advise on the following:

• the recommended Java version or runtime environment for HydroHub Lite on Windows, or
• whether this is a known issue and if there are any suggested workarounds.

I had the same problem with HydroHub Lite a while ago, so I totally get your frustration like using ff or running the app. The error you are seeing seems to be related to the Java environment not being compatible with the software version you aare using.
