Is anyone with a working AEM3D model willing to share their wq_files folder?
I'm trying to convert a published 2-D CE-QUAL-W2 model (
https://pubs.usgs.gov/sir/2012/5246/sir2012-5246.pdf
) into AEM3D. Everything works fine, temperature, circulation and all are fine. Nutrients are within measured range, even the chlorophyll seams reasonable, in general, but not in scale; the chlorophyll values are much too large and I can't find the "button" to lower the chlorophyll to match the measured chlorophyll range.
Looking for a good example to see what and how everything is defined. I'm missing something.........?
Sure would appreciate seeing some working examples.
Thanks!

Hi Chris,
could you please share the same files with me? I am trying to calibrate the WQ model, but I get zero growth rate for Cyanobacteria.

Alireza
