Chlorophyll calibration?

Question

Is anyone with a working AEM3D model willing to share their wq_files folder?  

I'm trying to convert a published 2-D CE-QUAL-W2 model (https://pubs.usgs.gov/sir/2012/5246/sir2012-5246.pdf) into AEM3D.  Everything works fine, temperature, circulation and all are fine.  Nutrients are within measured range, even the chlorophyll seams reasonable, in general, but not in scale; the chlorophyll values are much too large and I can't find the "button" to lower the chlorophyll to match the measured chlorophyll range.

Looking for a good example to see what and how everything is defined.  I'm missing something.........?

could you please share the same files with me? I am trying to calibrate the WQ model, but I get zero growth rate for Cyanobacteria.
