High concentrations in the results

Hi Chris,

In the RoundLake example, I extended the idealisedMetdatajan2005.dat, for 365 days.  In the file  run_aem3d.dat, I changed the iter_max to 96000 and I ran the aem3d.exe, for 365 days, without  change anything in the caedym files and the wq_files but in the end, the results in the concentrations for the parameters: BOD, NH4, NO3, PO4, TN, TP and TCHLA are too high, not normal. How can we fix it?

Hi, the test case was never meant to represent a realistic simulation but is designed to show users the file formats and available options.
