Hi Chris,

I got the following error when executing pre_ame3d.

*********************
 FATAL ERROR
A set of boundary cells was specified that did
not have any valid (interior) cells with boundary edges

********************

For the bc data, 201 point is ok but when I aded 202 point, I got that error.

 I might do a stupid mistake but I think 202 (147 127) has a water cell.

Could you point out my mistake?

Thank you

Hiroshi

Hi Hiroshi,

All the bc sets at the deepest point (i=147) need to be flow_xp not flow_xm.

The direction in the bc.dat file only points to the face that the water will go through and has no impact on the direction of flow.

So water will go through the positive x face of al these cells.  If it is an inflow the water will flow south to north and if its an outflow water fill flow north to south.

Chris
