How to ask the model to simulate different rates?

Hi,

I requested the output of growth rate, mortality rate, excretion rate, respiration rate,,,, in the datablock file but they are not simulated. How can I simulate these parameters?

The individual rates are not stored globally but you can output them at individual points using the WQ time series outputs.

Have you changed the key for the phyto group in the CYANO.dat file?  Other wise it should work
