Mathematical model for growth, respiration, mortality and excretion rates in phyto_group_file

Greetings,

I am simulating total chlorophyll and i need to establish values for the functions for growth, respiration, mortality and excretion rates. The AEM3D users manual suggests reviewing chapter 8.3 for more information, but i could not find the meaning for this specific functions or the mathematical model. ¿Could you please tell me where can i find the mathematical model related to these functions and how the información established in the phyto_group_file is used in the model?

Hi,

There is complete flexibility in the way the user wants to setup the functional forms for each of these processes but the defaults mirror the implementation in CAEDYM.

I've added a bit more information to the manual, which is online now in the development version download.
