Reading ITS file in matlab

Hi Chris, 

- Could you please tell me how to do you read an .ITS file in MATLAB?

- I simulate 3 different algae groups, but in Allvariables.ITS , for Phytoplankton concentration, I see just the concentration of one algae instead of sum of all 3 algae. Also for Suspended solid concentration I see just concentration of SS1.

Hi Mahyar,

As far as I can tell from the CAEDYM code the values should be the sum of all groups but maybe it's a bug.

The time series file outputs are much better in the new iwaterquality model.
