Hi Chris

I simulated the iron, creating a file:  iron.dat in the Run>wq_files, with the correct particular and dissolved keys and also I added it in the list of the file: run_wq.dat, as follows:

iron.dat               metal_group_file

Then I added in the list of global variables In datablock file the variables TF2 and TFE and I ran the simulation with no problem. In fact, they were created the TSfiles with concentration in FeII and FeIII but in the launching of simulation as well and in the debug file was written

***** WARNING **** WARNING **** WARNING **** WARNING ****

 * FE2 not simulated so ignoring input in datablock file

 *********************************************************

  ***** WARNING **** WARNING **** WARNING **** WARNING ****

 * TFE not simulated so ignoring input in datablock file

In this point, I would like to ask you, maybe I wrote incorrect the parameters In the datablock file or indeed they are not simulated in the datablock yet???

Regards

Evangelos

The keywords for metals will be whatever you set them as in your iron.dat file

i.e in this section

FeII dissolved_key

FeIII particulate_key

datablock keys would be FeII and FeIII.  I haven't added in totals for metals yet.

Thank you Chris,
I added in the datablock the variables FeII and FeIII and in the end of simulation, these parameters are appeared by using HydroHubLite.
