Hello, Chris.
How does AEM3D recognize .con files?
Do I need to specify the input file path and name like run_aem3d.dat?
Regards,
Jaeyoung.

Hi, Jaeyoung,
I'm not sure what you mean by .con files? Do you mean the CAEDYM configuration files?
If so I would recommend moving to the new WQ model.

I understand.
All the roles of the past caedym configuration files have been integrated into the new WQ model, right?
Thank you!

Everything is now in the development download except for the Geochemistry model and the CANDI diagenesis model. There is a simple dynamic sediment model in the development code which is still being tested
