How to specify the nitrogen fixing parameters?

Hi Chris,

Would you be able to provide an example of the keywords to be used to specify i.e., max nitrogen fixation rate, growth rate reduction under maximal N fixation in the phyto group file?

I am getting warning messages saying unknown key max_nitrogen_fixation_rate and max_nitrogen_fixation_growth_reduction.

I am using AEM3D built: 2021-07-19.   

Please advise.
