How to export the longitude and latitude of land part grids

Hi there,

when I read the longitude and latitude of the grids from .nc file using matlab, the longitude and latitude of land part grids are always NAN, how can I obtain the detailed coordinate values of the land part? Thanks!

Hi, internally AEM3D converts the 2D grid data into a 1D sparse array which only contains wet cells and columns so this data is not available in the outputs.

However, if you load the bathymetry file in the HydroHub bathy editor you can mouse over to get the coordinates
