sometimes it works loading tha datablock file over the bathymetry and check if the transects are ok

but other time it doesn't work

I wonder if it tis a format problem ? or what could be the problem

You can check the format of your datablock.xml file by opening in HydroHub (using just File->Open).  Any errors will be reported in the log window.

For HydroHub the order of the elements is important.  It should be

<Profile>
<AggregateProfile>
<Curtain>
<Sheet>
<AggregateSheet>
<Outflow>
<General3D>
<All3D>
<Drifter>

Also, I should say that AEM3D doesn't care about the order, this is just a function of the way Java and Fortran handle XML differently.
