Is there any user manual for HydroHubLite to explain the steps of executing?

Hi,

This looks like a permission issue on the tsfiles/surface directory.

Thanks, but I do not know how to solve the problem. Is there any user manual for HydroHubLite?

You just need to ensure the user who started HydroHub has permissions to write to the directory tsfiles/surface/

I still have the problem to run the model on my office PC. I run the model on my personal laptop and the following folders are created in the run sub-directory
"/tsfiles/surface",
 "/tsfiles/ITS", and
 "/tsfiles/bottom"
therefore I created the same folders 'manually' on my office PC and run the model and it worked.
If I couldn't run the model on my personal laptop, I did not know that the mentioned folders should be created. Are the name of these folders the same in all different models? if not, where is the input files can I modify or find the names?

The files written to these directories are the water quality time series outputs.

The name of the directories "tsfiles" and "ITS" (Integrated TS files) are not configurable.  The surface and bottom directory names are set in the respective files, e.g ts_bottom_middle.dat in the example.

I get a similar error with a setup that works in CAEDYM.  Roundlake runs without issue, so I do not think it is a permission problem.  I have 5 phyto groups, roundlake has 3.
