I downloaded the newest Windows 64-bit HydroHubLite (Build: 412 | UTC Build Date: 2019-02-08 00:47:07) and there appears to be no mapping capability. However, the 32-bit version of the same build includes the mapping capability. Is it not included in the 64-bit version for a reason?

The only difference between the two versions is the dlls used by the mapping component.  The appropriate dlls depend on which Java Virtual machine you have installed on your machine rather than the OS.

If the 32bit version is working it should be fine.

As an aside NASA has recently announced they are suspending support for the mapping component HydroHub uses so you may see some strange suspension notices over the top of the map.  It is a bit up in the air but there should be a community version we can use soon.
