Hi,

Are there any limitations in using the HydroHub Lite to "Add variable dX or dY region" to modify the spacing of one dimensiona and then to modify the other?

It works well if I modyfy dX or dY only. When I modify both, then the "pre_aem3d.exe" accepts the new bathymetry file, but the "aem3d.exe" displays following error:

Modifying dx and then dy is fine.  My guess is there is a bug in the scalar diffusion code.  We don't generally use this as the numerical diffusion is usually sufficient.

If you send me your setup I'll have a look.

The problem was caused by "itemperature" and "idensity" turned off in the AEM3D configuration file.
I have turned out these features hoping, that it will speed up tests with various bathymetry inputs. It worked well until I have used a bathymetry input file with variable dX and dY.
Such bathymetry file can be used, but the "itemperature" or "idensity" has to be turned on first.
The problem is solved.

Nonetheless, I have snet my input files, in case you would like to have a closer look.
