I recently switched over to a new computer and am attempting to run an AEM3D simulation through HydroHub. Using the same model input files that work without issue on the older computer, all I get is an error pop up saying:

"Error running AEM3D. See log for more information. Do you want to try and convert output to NetCDF?"

However, I get no additional information on what went wrong either in the log viewer or in the log file? Any idea where I should start on trying to get to the bottom of this? Thank you.

My guess is you need to install the intel libraries onto your new machine.  There is a link on the model download page.

If you run the model from the terminal/command prompt then windows should tell you which dlls are missing.

That was it, I knew I was probably skipping something silly. Thanks.
