Hi Chris,

I perturb the air temperatures by ±3 °C, the "changes of CHLR due to hydrodynamics" decreases, i.e., the maximum "changes due to hydrodynamics" occurs at the unperturbed run. I believe this means that the "changes due to hydrodynamics" is not driven by evaporation, affected by temperature. On the other hand all other conditions such as inflows and outflows are similar in all runs. I was wondering which phenomena drive the "changes due to the hydrodynamics".

Regards,

Mahyar

Mahyar,

The thermodynamics of the lake is likely completely different with a 3° air temperature change, the mixing regime will be different and this will mean different changes in phyto.
