Total.nc in the HydroHublite

Question

Hi Chris

In the end of every simulation, when we open the nc files with Hydrohublite, in the case that has been defined  in the Datablock.xml, is creaded a folder with the name total.nc with all parameteres. I would like to ask for the values of parameteres that are included in this folder total.nc, at wich point of simulated space are refered ?? Maybe each of them is an average of values of all cells for each particular time step, for each particular one parameter ??

Hi,

The total output is the sum of Value*Cell_Volume for each wet cell of the output time step.

So the cumulative mass of the variable.

For 2D variables, it is the sum of Value*Cell Area for each column.
