Hi,

Which output provided the information to analyze the degree of stratification.

Hi Mahyar

In my opinion, the output that you need is the density. Specifically, you must specify profiles, in the interest points in the computational grid, mainly at moderate and greader depths. Add in the datablock.xml, the parameter of density “DENSITY” and run the simulation. Then from the HydroHubLite, you will create for the profile that you are interest, the profile.png “like this: HydroHubLite > files > profile > DENSITY > plot > profile (new figure)”. If the vertical curve in the hot days, changes slope abruptly, especially in the medium layers, then you have stratification in the water column. The greater the slope of the curve, the greater the stratification.

If I have wrong somewhere, please Chis let correct me

And something else Mahyar.
First of all, you must activate in the run_aem3d.dat, the parameter Density. (1…………..idensity, not 0).
