How to output volume averages?

Question

Hi there - we're running hydrodynamic simulations with tracers (not using the water quality model yet) and would like to output a time series of volume-average tracer concentrations or total tracer mass for the entire lake over time. Is there a way to do that (such as via the datablock file)?

Hi David, 

An aggregate sheet should give you what you want

  <AggregateSheet>

    <filename>sheet_horizavg.unf</filename>
    <type>TOTAL</type>
    <aggregateMethod>TOTAL</aggregateMethod>

  </AggregateSheet>
