Heat Fluxes in AEM3D Outputs

Question

Hi,

From the AEM3D manual, the model can output LATENT HEAT FLUX, SENS HEAT FLUX, and LW HEAT FLUX. I was wondering if the LW HEAT FLUX is the outgoing longwave? Are these outputs the fluxes in the water surface? And can you please advice on the reference (what equations are used) for calculation of these terms?

LW_HEAT_FLUX is the net longwave flux in to/out of the surface.
