Surface Thermodynamics and calibration parameters

I hope you are well,

I have some questions:

1-Qtotal: Once the model determines Qtotal=Qsw+Qlw+Qsh+Qlh, in which equation does it use it? In mixing model?

2-If I want to use CL (Latent Heat Transfer coefficient) as a calibration parameter, what word should I use in run_aem3d?

3-In which equation does the model use drag_Btm?

Hi Laura,

1) The equation is used within the thermodynamics routines only.

2) There is only one surface heat transfer coefficient "surf_heat_transf_coeff" which is use for both sensible and latent heat fluxes.  The default value is 1.3E-3

3) This is used in the momentum & free surface solution
